Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition tour merchandise and digital media are final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and affix the return label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt.
